Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Gift cards, intimate items, and personalized products are non-returnable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Process: To start a return, contact us at returns@msaudreyshouse.net. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
